The Global Wellness Institute is predicting strong growth in the wellness real estate market — look no further for evidence than Dubai's MAG PD group's collaboration with Delos, a wellness real estate and technology group. This massive development is said to include both residential and hospitality components, which will have a health focus.  The complex will feature a 120,000sf wellness centre and the hotel itself will have a strong wellness focus.  Click here for more detail.
