As the former co-owner and operator of Denver Sports Recovery (DSR) in the United States, Sydney brings an unmatched "owner’s perspective" to the Core Essence team. Having navigated the full lifecycle of a premier wellness facility—from initial build-out and market positioning to daily operations and growth—she possesses an expert-level understanding of the US wellness market and the logistical complexities of running a high-performing business.

Sydney’s expertise is rooted in her background managing large-scale events and global partnerships, where she developed the rigor necessary to translate ambitious concepts into scalable realities. Her practitioner's foundation as a certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer allows her to bridge the gap between clinical wellness and hospitality, ensuring that programs are as evidence-based as they are operationally sound.

After years of successfully operating in the US, Sydney recently relocated to Lisbon, Portugal, bringing her deep market knowledge and strategic insight to an international stage. As a member of the Core Essence team, Sydney contributes to the business operations, market research, and strategic development of wellness hospitality concepts, helping our clients build and grow resilient wellness brands that prioritize both the guest experience and commercial longevity.
